I write English not so well, but this thin string for sewing or fabric-making my funny wheel getickles. Baron von Schtupp

Just under 2 weeks until bow season here...and our highs are still in the upper 90s.

We had a cold front come through this afternoon. The next few days are supposed to be very pleasant, probably a little cooler than normal.

I never fail to feel a little surprised how "not bad" it feels in a tree in the early season once I finally haul my carcass out there, no matter how many early-season hunts should have taught me the lesson. I'm talking including in August and early September.

Notice I didn't say anything about roasting in a ground blind, especially one that's not in deep shade. ---That's nuts ...

The season started but I haven't been out in those temps.
