...so no garden-tending or other outdoor projects. But I have a bunch of kosher salt, curing salt, pickling spice, brown sugar, black peppercorns and this 18.77 lb USDA Prime packer brisket I was able to find for $3.99/lb (which is cheap these days). Whatever shall I do today....
