Anybody have a quiver that's worth mentioning? The one I have is a two-piece. I like them because it doesn't mess with the site. But this pos only grabs the arrows on one-end and then uses the arrow in the foam as the second attachment point. The hood doesn't even cover all of the broadhead. So the arrow is constantly loose and you have to be careful not to cut yourself.

I've shot quiver-off almost my entire career, so I might not be much help. But I'm sure you can add a third attachment point and a deeper hood easily if you look around.

If I were looking for a new quiver, I would look at Kwikee (naturally), TreeLimb, Soft Loc and TightSpot. As far as I can tell, everyone else is just excess noise. I have long experience with each of them except the TightSpot, and they do the job. No major complaints.

By the way, do not visit TheTightSpot.com unless you're feeling frisky.

But don't let me stop you ...

A few years ago my wife and son gave me the two-piece Octane quiver. It had a magnet in the hood that held the arrows in place rather than foam. The problem was that they had an engineering/manufacturing defect with the aluminum part that attached each half to the bow that caused them to just sheer right off when you tried to tighten them down at all. I contacted Octane and they acknowledged the problem, saying it was an issue with one of their suppliers, but that it had since been worked out. They sent me replacements for the failed parts...and the replacements promptly failed in exactly the same way. A shame, really, as I really liked everything else about the quiver.

It means I clicked the right button on my mouse while hovering the cursor over the line you posted, then selected "Save As..." from the pop-up menu in order to save the link on my PC.
