I have that same attachment. I bought it two years ago for my salsa making. What I found out was feeding the tomatoes into it just gummed it up (screens). My solution was just to take the tomatoes out of the freezer and within 5 minutes of ambient temperature, the skins slipped off easily. I then started using it again thinking I could remove all the seeds. Again, it seemed to be gumming up the works. So made salsa without removing the seeds.
1. I found that the over-attention to seed removal is unjustified. I don't even notice the seeds.
2. Romas are very fleshy tomatoes and so I was removing a lot of the meat with the juicer.
3. I think the juicer would work well for other varieties of tomatoes, maybe not Romas.
I would be interested in your findings. I might have been doing it wrong. It's a great unit though.
